Develop a scalable sales literature and case study system capable of communicating a broad and technically complex service offering consistently across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Led the development of a modular information design system, defining content structure, visual standards, and information hierarchy while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders throughout the project.
Grundon's service offering spans multiple waste management solutions, making it challenging to communicate technical information clearly and consistently across sales materials. I developed a modular design system that standardised how products, services, and case studies were presented, creating a flexible framework that could support future content while maintaining a cohesive visual identity. The resulting toolkit became a core sales enablement resource used across presentations, trade events, and digital channels.
