This project involved creating a modular information design system for Grundon Waste Management’s sales literature and case studies, designed to help the sales team clearly communicate the company’s full range of products and services. The materials were developed for both print and digital use, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
Working with the Sales Manager, I defined the content structure and information hierarchy to ensure complex service information could be communicated clearly. I coordinated a photoshoot with a contracted photographer to capture supporting imagery and developed layout concepts which were refined through iterative reviews with both Sales and Marketing teams.
The final system introduced a consistent visual framework across all materials, allowing individual product and service sheets to function both independently and as part of a cohesive set. Bespoke technical diagrams and iconography were created for each service, supporting clearer explanation of processes and capabilities while maintaining a clean and professional layout.
The resulting materials became a core sales enablement tool, used across client meetings, trade events, and digital presentations. The system improved consistency across communications and helped the sales team present Grundon’s services with greater clarity and confidence.
